Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Returns can only be made on NON customized and NON personalized items and will be granted on a case by case basis. You must contact Thousand Oaks Clothing co. within 3 days of delivery, to notify us of the Return. IF your return is approved you must ship the original item(s) back to us within 5 days of delivery. Tracking is always recommended as Thousand Oaks Clothing co. is not responsible for lost packages during shipment. Return shipping is at the customers expense. Once we receive the original item(s) in new (unwashed/unworn) condition we will issue a full refund (minus original shipping costs). If there was an error made by Thousand Oaks Clothing co. please contact us within 3 days  of delivery. We will work quickly to correct your order.

Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made on NON customized and NON personalized items. You must contact Thousand Oaks Clothing co. within 3 days of delivery, to notify us of the exchange. If your exchange is approved you must ship the original item(s) back to us within 5 days of delivery. Tracking is always recommended as Thousand Oaks Clothing co. is not responsible for lost packages during shipment. Return shipping is at the customers expense. Once we receive the original item(s) in new (unwashed/unworn) condition we will create your new item and mail back to you via USPS First Class at our expense.

Cancellations

A request for cancellation must be made within 36 hours of original purchase.
